Fibre conversion / ten'yō
転用 ten'yō
Changing from FLET'S Hikari to an NTT East/West wholesale fibre collaboration service while normally continuing to use the same access line.
Obtain the required conversion authorization information from NTT East or West, then apply to the destination collaboration provider. Because the physical line normally remains, a standard new line installation is often unnecessary.
Check separately billed NTT options, the ISP contract, email addresses, IPv6 equipment, discounts, cancellation charges and construction-fee balances. A simultaneous move or service-type change can still require work or change identifiers and telephone-number handling.
