個別信用購入あっせん契約 kobetsu shinyō kōnyū assen keiyaku
특정 휴대폰 구매에 대해 금융 제공업체가 판매자에게 비용을 지불하고 고객은 제공업체에 분할 상환하는 신용 계약입니다.
이는 동일한 청구서에 두 요금이 모두 기재되어 있더라도 법적으로 이동통신 계약과 별개입니다. 전화 회선을 취소하거나 이전해도 일반적으로 남은 장치 잔액은 지워지지 않습니다.
현금총액, 결제횟수 및 금액, 수수료, 결제일자, 연체처리, 소유권 또는 반품조건, 신용정보 이용 및 등록에 관한 조항을 꼭 읽어보시고 동의하시기 바랍니다.
