符合资格的 NTT 批发光纤和共享接入光纤服务之间的协调切换，可重复使用现有的引入电缆，而不是安装第二根电缆。
该套餐于 2025 年针对参与的提供者和符合条件的设施启动。重复使用外入线，可以实现新业务开通工作和旧业务关闭工作在同一天进行，减少重复布线。
