门店支持

“Store support available” is four different things

Full store procedure

Staff complete the procedure at the counter for you.

Staff-assisted online procedure

You operate the website or app. Staff sit with you and help you do it.

Paid store assistance

Staff help is available but a service fee applies.

No store support

The plan is not handled at physical stores at all.

Signing up and getting support are not the same thing

A shop may help you apply online — but that does not make the shop the contract channel. A plan may be available online yet not supported at physical stores. Always check both.

Application

Where the contract is actually created.

e.g. an online-only plan: the contract is created on the website.

Support

Where you can get help before and after.

e.g. the same plan: help comes from chat and the app, not a counter.

What to ask“Can this store complete the procedure for this plan, or would I be doing it myself? Is there a fee for help?” Ask before you choose the plan, not after.

Common questions

Does “store support available” mean the shop can do everything?

Not necessarily. It can mean four different things: a full in-store procedure, staff-assisted online sign-up, paid in-store assistance, or no store procedure at all with support only by chat and app. Ask which one applies to the specific plan you want.

Can I get in-store help for an online-only plan?

Sometimes a shop will help you complete the online application, but day-to-day support for those plans comes from chat, the app and the website, not a counter. Some shops charge a fee for that help. “Where you can sign up” and “where you get support” are two different questions.

Is in-store help ever charged?

Yes. Some plans and shops charge a fee for assistance even inside a carrier shop. Ask “is there a fee for help?” before you choose the plan, not after.

What exactly should I ask a shop before choosing a plan?

“Can this store complete the procedure for this plan, or would I be doing it myself? Is there a fee for help?” Ask before you commit to the plan, because the answer can change which plan is right for you.
