Proxy / representative at a phone shop
代理人 dairinin
A person who visits or applies on behalf of the contract holder within the carrier's permitted procedures and relationship rules.
The proxy generally needs their original identity document, the holder's completed authorization letter, and proof of the permitted relationship. For a new contract, transfer or installment purchase, additional holder documents and stricter limitations can apply.
Some carriers limit proxies to family members, legal guardians, care-facility staff or the receiving party in a transfer. Approval, credit screening and identity-verification requirements still apply; a proxy cannot guarantee that the contract will be accepted.
