The number, call charge and available hours depend on both the brand and the purpose. Tap a number on a phone to call, and confirm the latest details on the linked official page.
151, 157, 113 and 116 are not universal numbersA short code works only from the corresponding carrier line. The same digits can have a different meaning or charge on another brand. For example, DOCOMO's 151 is free, while Y!mobile's 151 is generally charged.
Prepare before callingHave the contract phone number, contract holder's name, four-digit network PIN and account ID ready. Never tell an operator your My Number card password, driving-licence PIN or a one-time SMS code.
Language support
Multilingual numbers are included above where the carrier publishes them.
DOCOMO publishes one multilingual toll-free number for English, Portuguese, Chinese and Spanish. UQ mobile publishes separate toll-free numbers for eight languages, including English, Tagalog, Vietnamese and Nepali. Rakuten Mobile also publishes an English-support number. For brands without a multilingual voice desk, use official chat or web guidance with a translation tool, or reserve a shop that confirms language support.
