店頭サポート tentō sapōto
Help you can get by visiting a physical shop. Its meaning ranges from 'staff do everything' to 'paid help while you do it yourself'.
"Store support available" can mean four different things. Always ask which one applies:
Full store procedure — staff complete the procedure at the counter.
Staff-assisted online procedure — you operate the site or app; staff sit with you.
Paid store assistance — staff will help, but a service fee applies.
No store support — the plan is not handled in shops at all.
